Expression of Expectation
Is it possible?
For the words of this language to fully show
The way I feel, the way I want to feel.
How do I really tell you that I care for you?
To have it not sound superficial and clichÈ?
Your beauty surpasses that of the mountain autumn.
Far from what I wanted but
The nearest to what I need.
The leaves have fallen
The dew frozen.
A new season has begun.

Same time, tempo, beat, and rhythm
Your heart next to mine.
Singing softly as you listen
To the song and the rhyme
Exposing heart
An open vase as one defined
Protruding, peeling, and revealing
As my hand touches your soft face
Let's rewind
Open up to what is true
What is love refreshing
Listen to be baby
This one is for you
Fall and Rise
Leaving everything behind
Forcing past the memories
That hold onto tears uncried
Eyes burned my heart torn
Screams rising from my throat
Knees buckling my body collapses
My breath escapes with all hope
The silent fear envelopes me
I left myself alone
Without you I am nothing
Life away from you is hell
Wipe the dusty swear off my face
Rise up from where I fell
I stand up straight and take a breath
Hold your hand to avoid death
Running fast and letting go
Leaving everything behind
Forcing past the fear and shame
As I dive into your well
Kind of like a child
the way your
playful smile lights up your eyes.
Swirling into crescent shaped mirrors,
Squinting in the sunlight while shining,
Innocence and purity flow out in rivers.
A beauty that reflects the sky.
Awkward and hesitant I fall into your arms,
Tense at first and then I melt.
This just may be what Iíve been waiting for
It's utterly unpredictable.
Will you look into my eyes?
Just keep trusting and you'll find it.
Innocence is dreaming,
I think it dreamt up you,
But I won't pretend to know.
Heaven is watching
And it is carefully guiding.
We know just where to go
Shall I retreat again?
And into myself I go
Will you hurt me if I don't?
Further and deeper
Will you hold me?
Slowly I break down
Will you love me?
And the walls crumble
Will you kiss me?
And I melt
Imagine the greatest love of all
And you will find me
In the morning you will hear my call
I wake you just to see
What you have to say to me
What wonderful things you might say
Honor me with today
I am the love of your life
The only one that will fulfill you
It is in you that I delight

Love and learn

I can feel your strength
Softly your lips brush over mine
Leaving the memory of your kiss
You left the memory of comfort
You gave me the memory of life
You left the memory of you
Imprinted on my mind
I cherish this sweet memory
Of the passion in your eyes
The comfort of your arms
Where my tears were always dried
You gave me my memories
Did you know that? My sweet?
You are what I hold dear
